What "fully tuned" actually means
Before delivery, every bike gets a drivetrain check, brake adjustment, tire inspection, and a once-over on cables and bolts. E-scooters get a similar mechanical and battery-safety check. You're not just getting your bike back — you're getting it back ready to ride.
