What's actually included in storage?
Your bike or scooter is picked up from your home, stored in our heated indoor facility for the season, and delivered back to you in spring. A basic safety check is included with every storage plan.
Is the storage facility heated and secure?
Yes. Bikes and scooters are kept indoors in a climate-controlled unit, which protects against the temperature swings and moisture that cause rust and battery issues.
Do you store e-scooters as well as bikes?
Yes, we store both bicycles and e-scooters. Let us know what you're storing when you book so we can prepare the right space.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We schedule a pickup window at your home in the fall and a delivery window in spring. You don't need to transport anything yourself.
What if I need my bike back early?
Contact us and we'll arrange an early pickup from storage — just give us a bit of notice.
